BUREAU DE POSTE DE PARIS - (462 - ENGLISH)

PARIS  POST OFFICE

On the first of October 1904, a post office was opened to serve the region of the Dominion Creek area. The region and post office were both called   “Paris”, which was the original home of Arsène Prince who was the post master from  the day it opened to July 1906.
Towards 1923-1924, the population of Paris was not more than 25 inhabitants.  The post office closed in 1943 and the name “Paris” disappeared from all geographical maps.
