- We left the town of Provemont in early June 1906
- After a fairly long trip we arrived in Morinville
- The picture at right shows us the western gumbo! Your life is not complete if you have not ' witnessed it.
- To-day , we enjoy our comfortable homes that have replaced the log cabins; business places have been opened and public services allow the enjoyment of modern conveniences. It is the hope of all that the future generations will reap the benefits which were won for them by the toil and the sacrifices of the pioneers. May the young people of today continue to carry the torch courageously, so that with God's blessing they may pass on to their children and ever more prosperous and progressive community.
